  1. Wrong item or damaged product:

    • Request a refund or return within 5 days of delivery.
    • Please provide the following:
      • Your order number
      • A photo of the issue

  2. Missing item or wrong quantity:

    • Notify us immediately with all relevant details.

❌ When Returns & Refunds Aren’t Accepted

  • If delivery is confirmed via tracking but the package wasn’t received, please contact the carrier for assistance.
  • Issues caused by:
    • Incorrect address or personal information provided by the customer.
    • Customer-provided shipping labels.
  • Requests made after 5 days of delivery.

We currently ship within the U.S. mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.

General Shipping Fee

  • $9.99 flat rate for all orders.
  • Free shipping for orders over $79.99 (excluding special items).

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories (including outlying islands)

  • A flat rate of $19.99 applies to these locations.
  • Reduced shipping fee of $9.99 for orders over $199.99 (excluding special items).

Special Items

  • Oversized collectibles (over 24 inches) and non-collapsible display cases are NOT eligible for free shipping, regardless of the order amount.

Important Note

  • No changes to the shipping address are allowed after the tracking number has been generated.

  • Orders must be picked up within 14 days of receiving the ready-to-pick-up notification.

    Local delivery will cover most neighborhoods within the Las Vegas metropolitan area, including surrounding suburbs.

  • Delivery Fee:

    • $9.99 for orders under $99.99.
    • Free delivery for orders over $99.99.

  • Delivery Timeframe:

    • Place your order by 3:00 PM for same-day delivery (subject to availability).
    • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

  • Eligibility:
    Local delivery is available for all in-stock items, except oversized collectibles or special-order items.

  • Convenience at Your Doorstep:
    Enjoy a faster, more personalized service, ensuring your favorite products are delivered directly to your doorstep hassle-free!
